After the succesful partnership started in December 2024 between G&G Aviation and Hald & Lie Aviation it was decided to rationalize the business structure
G&G Aviation has been put under voluntary liquidation as of 18 March 2026 and will shortly cease operations
All activities will continue to be handled by former G&G CEO Giovanni F. Piccione under Hald & Lie Aviation

It also provides full assistance for the acquisition of new aircraft and offers solutions for maintenance, financing, appraisals  and insurance
In the  rotary wing sector, G&G offers a complete support for  trading and management of any type of preowned helicopter .
It further proposes solutions for insurance and appraisal and for maintenance and financing
The global offering of G&G Aviation to  training centers, either belonging to  airlines or independent, is aimed to support the training activities for the  flight, cabin and maintenance staff
G&G cooperates with Lessors and Financial companies both on commercial aspects of the transactions, relevant to  the acquisition, sale or lease of aviation assets, and providing  appraisals, technical and management services
For airports, handlers and MRO  G&G offers, in cooperation with reliable specializing partners,  used and new vehicles, infrastructures, systems, tooling  and services
