G&G Aviation offers to airlines ways to get cash out of engines
In the heavy situation currently affecting commercial aviation worldwide, G&G Aviation is studying ways to provide support to airlines for the progressive return to a more "normal" operation.

Acknowledging that the most urgent support needed by airlines is to get cash without adding too much debt, one of the first proposition is covering such aspect.

G&G has therefore teamed with a few specializing companies in order to offer Sale and Lease Back transaction for engines owned by the airlines.

Such arrangement, allows to get an immediate cash injection without reducing the airline capability to perform flights and get revenues because, as known, with the sale and lease back the title of the engines is transferred to the lessor but the possession and use remains wit the airline.

One unique advantage of the support provided by G&G Aviation is the extreme flexibility.
Infact, having a multiple choice of partners, we can work with the one in position to put together the best possible offer depending on engine type and the other conditions of the transaction.
In addition the levels of the sale price and subsequent lease rate, as well as duration of the lease and other options, can be discussed, within a certain range, in order to provide a solution tailored, as much as possible, to the airline requirements. Approval of the transaction shall be subject to usual due diligence.
The offer is mainly  addressed to narrow body engines but the case can be studied and developed also for some of the larger ones.

We are available for  additional information or to start studying a specific case and provide a possible term sheet. (contact us).
