Hald & Lie Aviation
The launch of the new partnership will be mutually beneficial:
G&G will operate in a more structured environment, spread through different locations in Europe, and take benefit of the sum up of individual networks and the possibility to better focus on business thanks to the centralized coordination, administration and marketing.
H&L will gain, at once, the diversified range of products and services and the long standing experience of G&G, with special reference to commercial aircraft and turbine engines, or aviation assets appraisals, to name a few.
Upon the announcement of the partnership Giovanni Piccione, MD & CEO of G&G said:
"we are very glad of this partnership coming upon the celebration of our 30th anniversary.
Aviation and markets in general have changed a lot since we started in 1994 and consolidation is now a must in any field of commerce. We have been working for a couple of years with H&L in exploring options and defining the best way to enhance and optimize our activities with a joint approach which is now ready.
