G&G elevates its role in business aviation
G&G Aviation announced to  have reached an agreement with U.S. entrepreneurs, active in other fields of aviation, to launch a dedicated company for the direct trading  of business aircraft.
The company, based in Florida, is named G&G Aviassets and will be the vehicle for the direct acquisition of  aircraft, for later resale, in  transactions managed by G&G Aviation on a worldwide basis.
Beside aircraft in good flying and appearance conditions, G&G Aviassets  will also handle more complex operations regarding aircraft needing maintenance, updating or refurbishing before being returned to market.
The creation of the new company will grant G&G Aviation a greater flexibility and control in the transactions, combining the usual brokerage and advisory services with the possibility of direct acquisition, and to effectively manage off market opportunities with a quick reaction time and cash availability.
Upon the announcement the G&G Aviation MD & CEO, Giovanni Piccione, said: “the creation of G&G Aviassets is a very important step in our development because in the current market, with low availabilities and quick sales, allows us to work at an higher level and therefore with more control on the transaction.
We invite business aircraft owners to present us their intention to sell before going to the open market because we can ensure a quick and discrete transaction at the proper price level.”

Joe Rosselet, Director of G&G Aviassets and  one of the main investors, added: “we are very glad of this opportunity to work in the business aviation field taking advantage of the long term presence and deep experience of G&G Aviation which is complementary to our own background and business attitude  and will certainly  bring very satisfactory results for us and our clients.
Our aim is to serve sellers and buyers in the most professional, smooth and effective manner which is not always what they get in the current market.”
