A professional with over 30 year experience in the aviation market, under different roles.
After his mechanical engineer degree and serving as an officer in the Italian Navy, he started his career  at Alitalia  which he left after 9 years as  Project Coordinator of  Fleet Purchasing and Sale.
At G&G Aviation he rapidly obtained representations of various aircraft and equipment manufacturers and then evolved the company, in the years, to the current activity mainly focused to trading of business and commercial aircraft and engines.
Handling complex transactions, from different angles, Giovanni got a broad view of the parties constrains which facilitate him in finding the best solution for each deal.
He was also a teacher at some university Aviation Masters, a member of ISTAT and a speaker or panelist at various aviation events.

Manager Marketing and Corporate Image
She is an architect and works for G&G since 1995.
Daniela manages the company proprietary database which includes all the  information, obtained from  market inputs and direct research, concerning the  availabilities and requests  of aircraft and engines and the relevant price trends.
She also takes care of the marketing campaigns of the various products providing information to potential customers and is responsible for the entire company image, including brochures and web site. For many years Daniela produced the original G&G calendar with her own drawings made with various techniques.
In addition she coordinates the company   administration.

Director Technical Services
In aviation for over 50 years, he covered different roles within Alitalia like technical representative  at maintenance providers facilities and manager of the internal engine shop.
In 1994 he contributed to the start-up and certification of Air One of  which has also been Technical Director, at the beginning,  managing the outsocurced maintenance contracts.  Being subsequently back in Alitalia he coordinated the project for the set-up, together with  Lufthansa Technik,  of the new engine overhaul shop where he also took the position of production manager.
He cooperates with G&G Aviation, since 2000, taking care of the technical services  (inspections, evaluations etc.) and the engine trading.
G&G Aviation team also includes several independent professionals, strategically located in  different countries, who contribute to feed the company with opportunities and information and provide local assistance whenever required
